Delivery Information

There are two types of items in my shop

"Ready to Ship" products

These pieces are already made, packaged, and ready to go! Since they’re finished, customization isn’t available.

USA: Delivery takes about 2–6 days, but occasional delays can happen (depends on USPS).
EU&UK: Estimated 14–21 days.
Other countries: Around 3–4 weeks.
 

"Made to order" products

These pieces are crafted especially for you.
They will look just like the original photos, but since they’re handmade, small variations are possible.
 

Want a custom touch? Different colors? Another setting style? No problem! Just reach out via email or Facebook Messenger.

Manufacturing time: 5–10 days.
Need it by a specific date? Let me know, and I’ll prioritize your order! I always try to finish orders ASAP.

Please note: Customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, and local taxes.

I gladly accept cancellations — just contact me within 2 days of your purchase.
Not happy with your order? I accept returns and exchanges! Just let me know, and I’ll do my best to make things right.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. If you can keep the original packaging, that would be perfect!
